JL Goez was commissioned to install all of the cantera stone for Tamayo’s Restaurant, inside and outside.

Tamayo’s Restaurant is located in the heart of East Los Angeles. It has an attractive interior as the exterior. Joe was commission to install all the cantera stone from Mexico, the marble bathrooms and tiled grilling area; plus the original art works by the renowned artist, Rufino Tamayo, whose name he loaned for the restaurant.

Rufino Tamayo and I had been friends before we went to Mexico to purchase art works for the restaurant returned with his permission to use his name.
